Market Researchers:
Previous sales experience preferred, however not essential. Driving licence and own vehicle essential due to travelling. Applicants need to have a confident manner and build a rapport with prospective customers. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Duties to include cold calling on set areas with company information on company products and services, record customer details and all other tasks associated with the role. There may be further opportunities within the company to progress career for right candidate. Hours and working pattern to be discussed at interview.

National Installation Manager:
Due to constant expansion, the company now has a permanent position for an Installation Manager. This position would require previous experience in programming and organising installations, liaising with installation teams on a daily basis. The position also requires the ability to introduce and maintain a Postcode clustering system and numerous high end quality control measures. The position would also require dealings with Component Suppliers and the management of upcoming depot developments. The candidate must have experience and an understanding of KPI’s and how to initiate them into a commission pay structure, and likewise to assess profitability and debt management. Excellent pay structure and company car available.

Installers:
Due to continuing expansion we require additional experienced UPVC and Timber Double glazing Installers. Excellent earning potential, company van supplied. As we are expanding there will be numerous opportunities for progression within the company. There may be occasions when overnight stay/stays would be required as the company operates on a national basis. All Installers require an Industry recognised qualification, or must be willing to work towards one.

Order takers:
Additional order takers required for future roles. Will be required to be customer facing therefore sales experience is essential. Should have own vehicle and be able to travel within designated areas. Self motivated with good levels of literacy and the ability to complete all documentation accurately. Will be required to work flexible hours and may include weekends. Excellent pay structure for the right person with uncapped earning potential.
